Urban Colonial ...

Lisa Wagner, Supervising Editorial TV producer at Martha Stewart Living , recently purchased a beautiful colonial style residence in Pelham, New York. The beauty of this house lies within the eclectic mixture of textures, fabrics and accessories. Lisa, who has a keen eye for aesthetics, combined rustic and urban elements in order to inject character and interest into every room.

My favorite thing about this house has got to be the the massive wall that was turned into a library. Lisa's husband, who happens to be a publisher, insisted on showcasing his collection of over 1000 books somewhere in their abode. The result is quirky, colourful and makes for an incredibly striking focal point in the living area.
